Matcha Teablend +

Matcha is a type of green tea.

Despite being a tea, the SUPERFOOD is mainly sold in powder form.

The herb is originally from Japan and it is a tradition there to grind the leaf so that you get the plant in its entirety, so that you get all the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in this way, without losing the leaf.

As is the case with mint.

You can whip the powder with water as is traditionally done in Japan.

This creates a foam-like substance that is used in tea ceremonies. But you can of course also simply dissolve the herb in water, milk or (fresh) orange juice.

That is just as easy and secretly a bit better!

Tip: ????

But be aware, don't beat for more than 30 seconds to avoid making your tea bitter.

It is often said that the herb tastes bitter when you put it in the tea, and it does.

You have to get used to the tea, and I would definitely recommend that given all the health benefits!

Remember:

Matcha is a green tea from Japan.

You drink finely ground leaves, so you get all the vitamins and anti-oxidants.

This SUPERFOOD has a slightly bitter taste and is easier to consume with milk and agave syrup.

Advice,

add approx. 80ml of boiled water that has already "cooled" to 80 degrees, whip up and drink.

Did you know that 1 to 2 cups of Matcha tea equals 10 to 20 cups of regular green tea

1 wooden serving spoon of Matcha tea equals the daily requirement of antioxidants.
